Green Coffee extract is produced from unroasted Coffea canephora beans, which retain a substantially higher chlorogenic acid content than roasted coffee.
Green coffee beans are cleaned and graded, then pulverized and extracted under controlled conditions. Filtration and concentration precede spray drying, which produces a standardized free-flowing powder; a liquid soft extract form is also available.
Standardization is carried out against chlorogenic acid content, with natural caffeine levels specified as required.
